Terms of sale

Tickets on this site are sold by Capital Expo. Payment, ticket delivery and order support are handled by Blend, the ticketing platform we use, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.

A ticket admits one person to the event named on it. It is valid once: the QR code is invalidated when it is scanned at the door.

Tickets may be transferred to someone else from your Blend wallet. Reselling a ticket above face value is not permitted, and tickets found listed for resale may be voided without refund.

Admission is subject to the conditions of entry stated on the event page. We may refuse entry where a condition is not met, and no refund is due in that case.

If we cancel an event, or move it to a date you cannot make, you get a full refund including fees. If the details change but the event goes ahead, the ticket stands.
