Changed your mind
Change-of-mind refunds are at our discretion — get in touch and we will tell you where you stand. A ticket can be transferred to someone else from your Blend wallet at any time, including on the day.
If we cancel
A full refund, fees included, back to the card you paid with. You do not need to ask: it is processed automatically and lands within a few working days.
If we move the date
Your ticket is valid for the new date automatically. If you cannot make it, tell us within 14 days of the announcement and we will refund you in full.
How to ask
Reply to your confirmation email — it reaches the team who can actually look up the order.
