What time does it start?
The start time is on the event page, and every time shown on this site is the local time where the event takes place rather than the time where you happen to be reading.
Is there an age limit?
Any age limit is stated on the event page. If it does not say, get in touch before you book and we will confirm it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the refund policy on this site, and a ticket is always refunded in full if the event is cancelled.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Open the ticket in your Blend wallet and send it on: the QR code moves with it and the old one stops working straight away.
Where are my tickets?
They are emailed to you as soon as you pay, and they are always in My tickets on this site if the email goes astray.
